About Us
Steve is a qualified plumber who after running a successful business in the UK decided to enter teaching in further education colleges. He went on to run the construction department teaching plumbing, heating, gas and construction. Following that he went back into industry to become a technical manager for a national UK company .
Steve and his wife Jan relocated to Cyprus, and after renovating their stone village house and their first two holiday rental properties , they were hit with the realisation that quality, full service property management services are difficult to come by in this part of Cyprus.
Steve, Jan and a skilled workforce they have encountered along the way, want to help people to take care of their properties to provide peace of mind and to know you are getting the best service possible.
